Ape peranan farmasi?

Kenapa mesti ade farmasi?

Kadang2 orang pandang farmasi sbg tempat amek ubat je

oo.. simply mcm tu je kan?

contoh : 

patients, bila tunggu doc lama2, 3-4 jam, takde hal..

but by the time nak amek ubat kat pharm, tunggu less than 20 mins, mula nak meragam itu ini macam.

(oke, tak semua patient mcm ni, tapi kebanyakan)

i admit that keje sebagai doktor ni bukannye senang, 

nak diagnose sakit patient tu satu hal, nak prescribe ubat lagi satu hal..

tapi, kalau dah doktor secara tak sengaja ter salah prescribe ubat, 

why dont you give us (pharmacy) a call and make a correction?

busy kan? takpe, kami faham.

sebab tu wujudnya kami, (pharmacy)

untuk reconfirm dose2 yg pelik yg kami rarely jumpa.

Jadi,, bila kami call.. sila lah layan secara baik.

(oke, tak semua pun yg layan tak elok, benda nk bincang dgn baik mesti la sopan2 kan?)

Benda seperti med errors ni bukanlah isu kecik, tahu? 

as sometimes it can cause to death! 

See? Nampak tak betapa risky nya keje kami? (pharmacy)

-tapi dispenser mcm saya ni tak dapat pun elaun kritikal, unlike the officer--- (eh tersasul plak)

so for the latest issue..

i don't have any ideas what's the result's gonna says.

just gotta wait n see, even that i was in the same place

but i didn't even see the prescription.

see, im a dispenser, have a 2 years of working experiences,

if i happen to see that p/s, 

i will definitely make a reconfirmation with the doc who in-charge,

but i haven't any chances to even look at the dosage at all. that's it. 

btw, the one who dispensed the med that day was an officer, 

which is supposedly reliable than me,

n the one who filling up the med was a trainee, which u obviously can't take any action on her since that she's still learning.

question is, where's the doc who in-charge? is she/he gonna take this blame together just like us?

i wonder. 

this is kinda sad issue, which me constantly almost-being accused for let this all happen.

since i was at the same place. 

i terribly disappointed with such case. honestly.

Please lah, kes2 mcm ni.. kita ambil tanggungjawab bersama.

jangan nak salahkan satu pihak saja..

seorang doktor yg berkaliber, patut tahu dan sedar betapa pentingnya prescribed ubatan secara teliti..

lagi2 dengan patient neonate/children/paed..

please please..  ='(
